Five steps from curious to participating
ConstructFi is non-custodial, verification-gated, and built on real operations. Here is exactly what joining looks like — and what it does not involve.
Where things stand
What you can use right now, what opens at launch, and what stays gated behind an independent audit.

At launch · September 9, 2026
- Platform goes live; KYC / allowlist verification opens
- Start earning COVI through verified activity — COVI is transfer-paused and non-tradable at launch
- Begin minting soulbound ELUV milestones
- Marketplace opens for the verified supplier network
After independent audit
- COVI becomes tradable only after an independent smart-contract audit and a publicly published, audited contract address
- Mobile apps (iOS App Store / Google Play) — coming soon
- Phase 2: collectibles & credentials layer
COVI is a utility token for ecosystem activity — not an investment. Dates are targets and may shift; nothing here is an offer to sell.
The onboarding path
Each step builds on the last. Nothing requires you to buy anything to begin.
Connect a wallet on Base
ConstructFi is non-custodial. Use any wallet supported by Reown / WalletConnect — including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or Rainbow — connected to the Base network. You keep control of your keys at all times; the platform never takes custody.
Wallet connection is available in the site header today.
Complete verification (KYC / allowlist)
Any compliant COVI distribution requires identity verification and allowlisting. Verification also unlocks milestone review, since ELUV credentials attest to a real person’s verified progress.
Verification opens ahead of launch on September 9, 2026.
Start with Build or Bust
Analyze a property, work through education modules, and submit your first verified activity. Completed, reviewed work earns COVI participation rewards and can mint your first ELUV milestone.
ELUV is earned only — it is never sold.
Track progress on your dashboard
Your dashboard collects COVI activity, verified ELUV milestones, and readiness progression toward the next tier. Tiers advance only through verified work.
A preview of the dashboard is available now.
Participate in the marketplace
Procure materials and services from the verified supplier network. Marketplace fees recycle into the rewards pool, so participation is funded by genuine commerce rather than token printing.
Marketplace launches September 9, 2026.
